LET’S START WITH A CONVERSATION
A free 15-Minute Introductory Call
Before arranging therapy, I offer a free 15-minute introductory call.
This provides an opportunity to briefly discuss what has brought you here, ask any initial questions, and explore whether working together feels like the right fit.
Many people contact me knowing exactly what they would like support with. Others simply have a sense that something isn't quite right, or that they would like things to feel different.
The call is an opportunity to learn a little more about how I work, discuss what you are looking for, and decide whether counselling and psychotherapy feels like the right next step.
You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Sometimes the first step is simply starting a conversation.
There is no pressure, no obligation, and no expectation to commit to anything further.

Accessibility
The therapy room is located on the ground floor and can be accessed without steps or uneven surfaces.
Whilst the therapy room does not currently offer formal wheelchair access, I am happy to discuss any accessibility requirements before booking and explore whether the space is likely to be suitable for your needs.
Where appropriate, I may also be able to explore alternative arrangements or venues, depending on your individual circumstances and requirements.
If you're unsure whether the space will work for you, please feel free to get in touch and we can discuss the available options together.
