Taking the First Step.

Arrange an initial consultation.

The first step is to book an Initial Consultation. This is a 50 minute appointment where we'll explore what has brought you to counselling, discuss what you're hoping to gain from therapy, and begin developing an understanding of the areas where you'd like support.

Whether you're facing a specific difficulty or simply know that something doesn't feel quite right, you don't need to have everything figured out before we meet. The initial consultation provides a safe, confidential and supportive space to begin talking about what's been happening and what you would like to be different.

Initial Consultations are available online or in person at my private therapy practice in Upper Heyford (near Bicester), Oxfordshire (OX25 5AF).

You'll also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have and learn more about how I work. There is no pressure or obligation to continue with further sessions afterwards. If we both feel that working together is the right next step, we'll agree a plan for ongoing therapy at a pace that feels right for you.

If you're ready to take the next step, I'd be pleased to hear from you.

ONLINE COUNSELLING & PYSCHOTHERAPY

Online counselling throughout the UK

- A Private Space, Wherever You Are.

Online counselling and psychotherapy offers the same private, thoughtful and supportive space as meeting in person, while allowing you to attend from somewhere that feels comfortable and convenient for you.

Sessions take place securely by video and are available to adults throughout the UK. You may choose online therapy because of your location, work commitments, travel, mobility or simply because it fits more easily into your life.

You do not need any specialist equipment - just a reliable internet connection, a private space where you will not be interrupted, and a phone, tablet or computer with a camera.

Some clients work with me entirely online, while others occasionally move between online and in-person appointments when circumstances change. We can discuss what would work best for you during your initial consultation.
